Registered Nurse

As a Registered Nurse with MS Queensland you will provide comprehensive clinical care to our clients to ensure their physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing. Working alongside support workers, allied health, and community health professionals you will provide our clients with individualised care to enhance quality of life.

Our RN roles are primarily based within our market leading supported independent living environments, providing best practice healthcare in a community-based model of support to clients with complex health needs. Service Coordinator

Our Services department is a dedicated and passionate group of people who offer a wide range of services to our community. We strive to ensure our service is adaptable, diverse and increasingly accessible for our customers – and we need YOU to join our team!

As a service coordinator you will work collaboratively with customers, their families, and the broader community sector to provide the best service, information, and support possible. Strong and collaborative working relationships will connect customers to support services that empower their choice and to achieve positive outcomes. Critically, you will support customers through the transition to the NDIS, including implementing their NDIS plan, and direct delivery of NDIS support coordination.
